• Stability for employees and customers through transparent communication and a commitment to retention. The established team is a core asset, and customers are not taken for granted – we’ll learn from them to keep them.

• A succession plan co-designed with the current owner that accounts for their desired level of continued involvement and time/effort needed to transition relationships and knowledge.
